Job Description:

The role of a Relationship Manager is pivotal in fostering and maintaining strong partnerships with corporate clients. This involves leveraging customer service skills, business acumen, and effective communication to drive growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep-rooted relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, expectations, and goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new solutions and services that can enhance our clients' businesses.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of clients.
  • Design and execute strategies to increase cross-selling opportunities and deepen our share of wallet.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in relationship management or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge of banking and investment products, along with a track record of providing sound financial advice and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to close deals and manage the credit origination process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with large corporates.
  • Desirable fluency in English and Spanish.
