Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide personalized service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Luggage Handling: Efficiently and safely handle guest luggage, ensuring it is delivered to their room in a timely manner.
- Hotel Ambassador: Represent Accor Hotels as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and services to our guests.
- Knowledge and Communication: Possess in-depth knowledge of Vancouver and its attractions, providing guests with expert recommendations and directions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
- Driving and Transportation: Safely operate the hotel car to transport guests around Vancouver as required.
Requirements:
