We are seeking a seasoned and versatile Recruiter to spearhead the hiring of our Business Recruitment team in Brazil and Mexico. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to drive business growth by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent.
Main Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across various teams (Java, Data, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, etc.) to fill critical roles.
- Develop and leverage innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage exceptional candidates who align with Adyen's vision.
- Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers to foster a collaborative environment that supports the development of top talent.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform and optimize the recruiting process, ensuring seamless integration with the organization's goals.
- A minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required.
- Passion for sourcing, recruiting, and closing deals in a competitive market is essential.
- Proven track record of building diverse pipelines and managing strategic search initiatives is crucial.
