  • Maintain accurate records of agency investments and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Assist with certification and education processes, keeping agencies informed of upcoming opportunities and requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding, manage contracts, and handle administrative tasks to ensure a smooth partnership experience.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with agencies and finance internal teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Intermediate English (reading and writing) skills.
