Job Summary
The Head of Sales is a strategic business leader responsible for driving revenue growth for consumer advertisers on our platform. They will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, prioritize key sales narratives, and lead a team of sales leaders to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft a comprehensive strategy to deliver revenue targets and drive vertical growth
- Prioritize sales narratives focused on the needs of the vertical
- Develop a deep understanding of our product to drive enhancements that unlock revenue potential
- Bring a consultative approach that aligns with a customer-centric methodology
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to the team on overall account planning
- Stay up-to-date on critical vertical market trends and customer opportunities
- Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, brand marketing, and CPG verticals
- Proven ability to manage a team of managers and help them improve and thrive
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
- Strong knowledge of CPG marketing, sales strategies, product catalogs, content management, and retail operations
- Expertise in CPG media platforms and digital marketplaces
- Experience managing people managers of varying experience
- Knowledge of agency ecosystems, digital, and traditional
- Able to foster C-Level executive relationships with a genuine interest in customers' success
