Are you a results-driven professional looking to drive innovation and advance your career?

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team in Sao Paulo. In this role, you will take ownership of building new business pipelines, forecasting opportunities, and creating territory and account plans to achieve sales targets.


This is a hybrid role that involves collaboration with our team in-person at our office in Sao Paulo 2-3 days a week. We encourage our employees to work from the office on additional days if they wish.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Mid-Market accounts with 500-5,000 employees


- Develop strategic plans to grow pipeline and account plans to break into whitespace accounts


- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales process for customers, including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation, and closing deals


- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to drive growth and positioning of our value proposition


- Continuously assess customers' evolving needs and align our value proposition accordingly


- Provide regular updates on opportunity status, participate in weekly forecasts, and contribute to quarterly business reviews
