Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly disciplined Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves prospecting, pitching, and closing key accounts with 500-5,000 employees.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client-centric role with new business acquisition at the Mid-Market or SMB level. They will also have advanced English and Portuguese language skills and experience selling into the Brazilian market.

The successful candidate will be able to develop territory plans to grow pipeline and account plans to break into whitespace accounts. They will lead and coordinate end-to-end sales motions for customers, including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation, and closing deals.

They will build strategic relationships with decision-makers while driving growth of new business. The candidate will continuously assess customers' evolving needs and align U4B's value proposition.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-centric role with new business acquisition at the Mid-Market or SMB level
  • Advanced English and Portuguese language skills
  • Experience selling into the Brazilian market with relationships in the Mid-Market segment
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills with a solution-oriented approach to working with prospects and customers
  • Knowledge of how to build and execute on territory and account plans
  • Proven track record in sales hitting quarterly and annual quotas, presidents club, etc.
  • Experienced in selling travel or expense solutions
