- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve guest complaints and staff issues in a fair and professional manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.
