The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests through tickets and other online tools in English and other languages.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate customer service methods and tools.
- Offer proper solutions to customer issues within reasonable time limits.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure smooth and accurate issue resolution.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow shift changes based on team needs and be able to cover night shifts (daytime in South America).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of customer support experience.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English (mandatory); fluency in German is preferred.
- Experience in the crypto industry, with passion and interest in the sector.
- Stable, kind, warm-hearted, detail-oriented, with a strong spirit of teamwork and empathy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under high pressure while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to support different shifts (day or night).
- This is a remote role. Location is not limited but must be fixed.
