About the job
- Being responsible for the entire payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of information.
- Calculation of commissions.
- Supporting daily and long-term tactical processes of employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, processing compensation changes, transfers/talent movement, mobility, time-off and leaves, and other employee administration-related responsibilities.
- Electronic Timekeeping calculation.
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
- Administration of offered benefits.
- Vendor management.
- Union relations.
- Preparation of indicator reports, such as Overtime and Turnover.
- Acting as a Business Partner with District Managers.
- Being the focal point for employee assistance, via Service Point tickets.
- Internal HR actions.

About you
- Completed higher education
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Intermediate English
- Spanish is a plus
