**Principais Atividades**:
- Gerenciar o pós-venda, garantindo a satisfação contínua dos clientes.
- Realizar pesquisas de qualidade para identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos serviços.
- Implementar estratégias de fidelização, fortalecendo o relacionamento com os clientes.
- Acompanhar indicadores de satisfação e desempenho para otimizar a experiência do cliente.
- Desenvolver ações para resolução de possíveis reclamações, assegurando a confiança e lealdade do cliente.
**Requisitos**:
Possuir ensino médio completo.
Possuir experiência prévia na área de Customer Relationship Management.

- Tipo de contratação: CLT.
- Benefícios: Ticket Alimentação + Vale transporte + Comissão.
- Remuneração: 1.581,00.
- Local de trabalho: Rio Vermelho.
- Horário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira das 8h às 17h e sábado das 8h às 12h.
