A Osigu está buscando um Business Development Manager altamente motivado e orientado para resultados, que impulsione o crescimento no dinâmico mercado de saúde brasileiro, especificamente na região Nordeste. Essa posição desempenhará um papel crucial na expansão da presença da Osigu e na entrega de soluções inovadoras para prestadores de serviços de saúde, pagadores e outros stakeholders importantes.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desenvolver e executar planos estratégicos para penetrar e expandir a participação de mercado da Osigu no setor de saúde brasileiro.
- Identificar e cultivar relacionamentos com tomadores de decisão-chave em instituições de saúde (hospitais, clínicas, laboratórios, etc.).
- Apresentar e promover as soluções da Osigu, destacando sua proposta de valor em aprimorar a eficiência operacional, aumentar a receita e melhorar os processos de pagamento.
- Desenvolver e manter fortes relacionamentos com parceiros estratégicos no ecossistema de saúde, incluindo provedores de tecnologia, instituições financeiras e seguradoras.
- Gerenciar ativamente um pipeline robusto de oportunidades de vendas, garantindo previsões precisas e fechamentos pontuais.
- Colaborar estreitamente com equipes internas (Produto, Operações) para assegurar alinhamento entre as necessidades do mercado, o desenvolvimento do produto e os requisitos regulatórios.
**Qualificações**:
- **Histórico comprovado**: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência bem-sucedida em vendas no setor de saúde brasileiro.
- **Expertise de mercado**: Conhecimento profundo do mercado de saúde brasileiro, incluindo suas dinâmicas, principais players e cenário de ciclo de receita.
- **Construção de relacionamentos**: Excelentes habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação, com capacidade para construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e parceiros.
- **Visão de negócios**: Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas, com a capacidade de identificar e capitalizar oportunidades de negócios.
- **Orientação para resultados**: Altamente motivado e focado em resultados, com forte desejo de superar metas de vendas.
- **Colaboração**: Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar de forma eficaz com equipes multifuncionais.
- **Idiomas**: Habilidade em inglês ou espanhol será um plus.
- **Educação**: Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Administração Hospitalar ou áreas relacionadas.
