Senior Human Resources Manager, Hiring Manager. **What You Will Do in This Role**: The HR Analyst is accountable for delivering the HR processes and being a point of contact for the employees regarding HR foundational services. As part of the HR team, it is important that this position demonstrates behaviors of a team player, collaboration, continuous improvement, while promoting a shared understanding of Brown-Forman values, operating principles, and cultural change imperatives. Ultimately, this role works to align HR policies and processes to support the achievement of business goals. This position is driven to support the internal areas, focusing to understand organizational needs and translate into action that summing value to the business. The HR Analyst will support the organization in all HR processes, such as: recruitment, onboarding and performance processes, people movements, promotions and org changes, support local staff in accordance with legal requirements and company policies, manage Payroll data and monthly inputs in alignment with Payroll area and ensure compliance of HR documentation in line with current legislation. **What You Can Expect**: **Key Areas of Responsibility** **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding** : First point of contact for the selection and placement of highly capable talent, i.e., getting the right people in the right jobs, based on a full understanding of the business, its culture and key goals. Responsible for understanding the job scope of the position with the Hiring Manager and defining if the position will need an external agency or it’ll be worked by our Talent Acquisition team. Manages the recruitment process with the Global Talent Acquisition partner or external agency to ensure the process runs smoothly to build the best, diverse workforce, and comply with the recruiting process SLA. Develop onboarding plans for all new hires which enable successful transitions to B-F values, behaviors, roles & responsibilities. **People & Organizational Development**: Track and measure regional learning impact. Oversee and support the ongoing efforts surrounding employee Engagement + Enablement assessment data, including focus group workshops, action plans and specific E+E initiatives. **Organizational Desing**: Utilizes Workday and other current technology to maintain accurate data, publishes assigned reports and prepares analysis as needed. Provides analysis to management at all levels i.e., organizational chart changes and updates. Responsible to work with People Analytics area to clear up organizations, make sure job scopes are reflected in workday and correct org structures in place in the BF system. **Employee Engagement**: Supports the HR Manager on Engagement Surveys and its deployments (Survey Analytics, Focus Groups, Action Plan). Act as a point of contact for the external agency (GPTW) to input BF data in the GPTW survey correctly and compete for the stamp and rankings. Responsible for implementing an internal communication model and managing it to continue engaging the employees on Company’s initiatives. After the survey, compile the data, analyze the results and build the presentation in partnership with the Sr Manager and Communication Specialist. **Compliance**: Ensures compliance with local labor laws and Brown-Forman Corporate standards for all procedures and work to review. Responsible for updating the internal HR policies and making them visible for all employees in the intranet, in partnership with the Communication Specialist. **Payroll & Benefits**: Work closely with the Payroll Area, responsible for inputting data related to Time & Attendance and Benefits, status changes, wage/salary administration, vacation, hires, maternity leave, terminations. Focal Point for EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and Live Well Program. Work closely with business managers and Total Rewards to evaluate positions ensuring competitive payment according to the market, input the new job descriptions in the JET, TR system and monitor the job evaluation process to return it to the business managers. **HR Analytics**: Implement an HR Dashboard, control HR KPIs, work on processes improvement to increase HR activities effectiveness and showcase the value creation to the business.
