**Your Mission**:
You will be the fuel for our growth. Your performance has a direct impact on the success of the entire company.
- ** Elite Qualification**: Identify the right potential customers (_leads_) and convert them into qualified opportunities for our senior Account Executives.
- ** Process Hacker**: We don't just execute. You must contribute to defining, testing, and improving our prospecting strategies.

**Who You Are**:
You have the ambition and the mindset to reject the status quo.
- ** Hunger**: You have 0-2 years of experience (even if it's just an internship, but you've **sold something**). A SaaS/Tech background is a turbo boost, but a winning mindset is mandatory.

- ** Impact-Oriented**: Results are everything. **60%** of your compensation is variable and uncapped. This doesn't scare you—it **fuels you**.

- ** Competitive Compensation**:€45K OTE** (€18K Fixed + €27K Variable). The variable is uncapped: if you are an exceptional performer, you earn like one.
- ** Hybrid Model (with a pinch of salt)**: Office in Milan (4 days) for culture, brainstorming, and team building. 1 flexible day, though office presence is still recommended, especially in the initial phase.
- ** Vertical Growth**: You will witness a startup become a scale-up. You are a protagonist, not a spectator. Here, the learning curve is a **straight line upwards**.

**Selection Process**:

- ** Phase 1**: Screening Call (30 minutes)
- ** Phase 2**: Written Test (1 hour, asynchronous)
- ** Phase 3**: Sales Roleplay Interview (45 minutes) - _Showcase your skills._
- ** Phase 4**: Cultural Fit Interview (30 minutes)

Compensation Range: €18K - €45K
