**What we are looking for**:
Fundamental position to manage the retrofit business in the Primavera do Leste / Vale do Araguaia - Mato Grosso.

The retrofit business represents the most important business for Precision Planting focusing in 7 dealers (total of 36 different dealers across Brazil).

A key role is to develop the quality and quantity of retrofit dealers to grow sales and market impact. With a much larger market opportunity this job should grow the retrofit business to be between 60-70% of total sales.

This role must implement dealer development strategies, establish agronomic benefits and value for the farmer, and empower distribution to provide a superior customer experience.

This position will also lead the development of dealers technical skills, agronomic value creation, and overall business growth in the area assigned. This role should also work to establish the necessary commercial conditions, financial tools, and sales tools to accelerate the growth of the business. This person will establish tools and strategies to discover the key value of new products and establish the marketing message for new innovative solutions. This individual will also be the key trusted advisor to lead the market with new agronomic solutions that deliver greater productivity and profitability to the farmer.

**What are you going to do**:

- For the area of operation: Manage all retrofit forecasts, business plans, and orders for dealers
- Manage all retrofit dealer sales contracts, pricing, and shipments
- Promote and grow the Precision Planting brand through retrofit sales as the main channel of the Precision Planting business
- Oversee technical and agronomic validation of new products to ensure a premium customer experience provide training to dealers to provide superior product installation and technical performance
- Lead the efforts to capture value creation of all the products through the retrofit sales channel
- Provide agronomic training for dealers to highlight the value of the products for customers.

**What do you need**:

- Bachelor degree in Agriculture Studies or Business Administration
- Agronomic Knowledge (planting quality, plant evaluation, field experimentation)
- Planter knowledge; Tractors; Agricultural Machines (operation of tractors and planters)
- Technical knowledge; (Electrical, Hydraulic, equipment installation)
- Knowledge of Technology (Knowing how to operate in-cab equipment)
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
