**About the job**:
Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. In this role, you will be part of the Regulation, Transparency and Risk's (RTR) external engagements team known as Trust and Safety Global Engagement’s (TSGE). The TSGE team helps to build connections between valued external experts and our broader Trust and Safety (T&S) team, garner feedback about specific decisions/outcomes, and gather insight and expertise on specific content safety issues. TSGE’s role is to build trust in Google’s process to keep the internet safe for all users and help develop more inclusive and diverse policies and processes.

You will develop and execute a long-term operational program that will build the foundation for Trust and Safety Global Engagements in Latin America. Working with a core group of T&S teams based in the Americas, you will be the driver of the new content responsibility program being grown in Latin America.

At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day. Trust & Safety is Google’s team of abuse fighting and user trust experts working daily to make the internet a safer place. - Own and optimize foundational program processes.
- Raise visibility of Google as a key player in the content moderation and content responsibility space.
