Zendesk is hiring We are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing Go-to-Market Enablement team. You will report to and work alongside the Director, Regional Enablement and collaborate with regional leads to assist in enablement delivery and operations for Commercial and Enterprise sales.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting role focused on growing sales results and productivity across the LATAM region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the rest of the regional enablement team on accessing regional needs and planning, coordinating and acting on sales training & initiatives.
- Cross functional collaboration, in particular with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Marketing, HR and L&D to understand the needs of internal sales teams and partner to build aligned programming.
- Manage successful delivery and operation of ongoing enablement programs such as Career Progression to a multitude of audiences from individual contributors to VPs.
- Develop new and innovative ideas to solve complex business issues.
- Foster an upbeat, positive culture of high-performance, consistent motivation, efficiency and results.
- Run trainings, work on ad-hoc projects and work closely with partners in Latin America.
- Ensure delivery and adoption of sales frameworks and other standard methodologies for Account Executives.
- Tailor a management coaching plan to all enablement programs in conjunction with the Enablement Leadership Effectiveness team.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills, including ability to run multiple large scale projects.
- Experience with adult learning principles and course design techniques, such as: design, development, delivery, measurement and reporting.
- Strong understanding of SAAS Sales cycles, methodologies, and empathy for challenges faced in a sales role.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence cross functional partners, confidence and a strong point of view.
- Ability to effectively work across multiple teams, acting both strategically and tactically as needed.
- Flexibility & adaptability
- Proven creative problem solver that independently generates and acts on innovative ideas for how to engage learners at scale.
- High energy, charismatic, and innovative.
- Strong written & verbal skills.
- Ability to learn technology quickly.

**Experience Required**:

- 7+ years of sales enablement experience, quota carrying sales experience and/or sales team management experience with emphasis on teaching, coaching and mentorship.
- Enterprise SaaS experience highly preferred.
- Experience with Google Suite, Zoom meeting + Webinar, ideally some LMS.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Fluent English skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
