We are looking for a Global Partnerships Manager to help us grow our existing strategic partnerships by proactively identifying opportunities, understanding business needs and coming up with solutions to optimize our investments.

As the liaison for our partners and internal teams, you will have a 360 view on the product, technology, business and operations. And you will work with stakeholders from different teams on the definition and execution of initiatives that will impact our KPIs directly.

**Jampp is a remote-first company. For this position, it means that you can work remotely from any part of Brasil.**

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Manage and strengthen ongoing partnerships with our existing Partners developing relationships with the 'right' decision makers, positioning Jampp as a top of mind DSP player.
- Identify new business opportunities, rebates, and close preferential commercial deals with our Partners.
- Manage (from prospecting to release) strategic integrations with Programmatic partners.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to proactively make decisions that improve our investment.
- Maintain close contact with our internal key stakeholders to align on priorities and projects (Product, Revenue, Tech and Finance). Align with Finance our invoicing process by: tracking the accounts we receive from our partners, ensuring our discrepancies are aligned, and negotiating payment delays if needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Graduated or currently studying Business or related fields
- +2 years of working experience - working with Partnerships, Clients or with Suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and in an organized way using analytical approaches to decision making
- Comfortable with data handling, analysis, and report building.
- Fluent in English
- Programmatic world experience is a big plus
- Experience in startups, fintech or tech companies is a plus
- Excellent communication and commercial skills.
