About the role

As an R&D Fragrance Associate/Specialist your expertise in fragrance evaluation and consumer science will shape the future of our beloved hygiene products. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of product development, providing insights that will enhance homes worldwide. Your research will guide pivotal decisions, ensuring that our fragrances meet the highest standards of excellence and consumer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead and support fragrance evaluation and consumer research to guide product development for hygiene portafolio.
  • Design and execute quantitative consumer studies to uncover actionable insights.
  • Translate consumer feedback into clear, inspiring recommendations for fragrance innovation.
  • Apply sensory and product insight methodologies to influence research planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and supply teams to align on project goals.
  • Drive early-stage innovation by identifying emerging trends and unmet consumer needs in air care.
The experience we're looking for

- Proficient in Market Research, Consumer Science, or Sensory research, particularly within the consumer goods sector.
- Skilled in designing and conducting quantitative consumer research studies.
- Ability to translate consumer feedback into actionable and inspiring recommendations.
- Strong understanding of product insight methodologies and their application to research planning.
- Demonstrated record of working collaboratively within a team and flexibility to adapt to stakeholder goals.
- Keen interest in early product innovation and a knack for nurturing development within consumer packaged goods industries.
