IS Manager LATAM
to join our
Process Automation
(PA)
area, representing the Process Automation Information Systems (PAIS) function across local businesses in Latin America.

In this strategic role, you will ensure alignment between global IS strategies and local business needs, supporting key initiatives related to digitalization, cybersecurity, and application governance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent the PAIS function for Brazil and LATAM, ensuring alignment and governance across local PA divisions in accordance with ABB's global IS strategy.
  • Act as the primary business partner for local management teams, ensuring efficiency in IS operations and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead demand management for IS solutions and services, ensuring compliance, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Manage regional IS initiatives and participate in global strategic projects.
  • Oversee key domains including cybersecurity, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring business continuity and continuous process improvement.
  • Promote best practices, effective communication, and knowledge sharing between local and global IS teams, driving operational excellence.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in IS/IT, with proven expertise in areas such as consumer experience, infrastructure, or application management.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities across countries and teams.

  • Advanced Spanish.
