If you are eager to learn about the financial services industry and committed to making an impact on a large organization, then you are the person we are looking for.

This internship role will operate within the Customer Success group in the Latin American Market. You will be working with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to help subscribers of LSEG Workspace and LSEG Messenger maximize their use of the product. You will have a unique opportunity to learn about our clients, including financial institutions, exchanges, corporations, government and individual investors. You will interact with a variety of users such as traders, research analysts, economists, portfolio managers and wealth advisors, to educate on our services and handle service requests.

The program provides college students with the knowledge needed to start building a career in the global financial services industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 semesters to graduation.
  • Knowledge and interest in financial markets, especially Trading.
  • Self-starter with initiative and curiosity about data and technology.
  • Customer service skills with excellent communication and relationship building.
  • Portuguese and English proficiency. Spanish is a strong plus.
