Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals for the vessel's crew, ensuring meals are nutritious and varied.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic galley, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Manage and order provisions to ensure a well-stocked kitchen at all times.
  • Collaborate with the vessel's team to plan menus and accommodate dietary restrictions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a cook on a vessel or similar service-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Basic maritime certifications as per Brazilian regulations.
