This role will create a joint Business Plan for each partner.As a Partner Account Executive, you will be responsible for:Developing strategic partnerships to maximize territory opportunities through new accounts and meeting sales quotasCreating a high volume sales pipeline and ensuring forecast accuracy by articulating Akamai value to prospective customersIncreasing revenue by identifying the most productive contacts within the reseller partnerCollaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the development and growth of the partnershipsDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Have relevant experience in Outside or Channel salesDemonstrate an aptitude for building trusted relationships with partners across various levels of seniorityDisplay an ethical approach to sales, show integrity, personal motivation and be able to uphold Akamai valuesHave experience within the technology industry and an enthusiasm to learn about internet and sales methodologiesDemonstrate exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills in English and SpanishDemonstrate the ability to multitask, adapt and thrive within a dynamic work environmentWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
