Senior Customer Experience Specialist

Job DescriptionWe aim to simplify global trade and make a significant impact on the world economy by streamlining customer experience and enhancing our career path.As a Disputes Resolution Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing customer interactions and building a successful career trajectory.You will join a genuinely diverse and talented team that is passionate about being focused on customers and colleagues.With significant personal responsibility, you will enhance your industry knowledge and build highly valued communication and commercial skills in customer-facing roles.The opportunity includes end-to-end disputes handling, dispute case analysis, system amendments, customer communication, root cause addressing, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and participation in projects related to customer account clean-up, automation, and process improvements.To be successful, you will need strong experience in customer service, collections, or disputes within a BPO or customer-facing environment.
