ResponsibilityOwn and manage the overall commercial relationship with key automotive OEM clientsDevelop and execute account strategies that align with both client goals and ECARX's business objectivesLead the response and commercial negotiations to RFQs and Sales Activities for ongoing projects (Change Requests, etc)Identify, evaluate, and drive new business opportunities, acting as the voice of the customer internallyBuild long-term trusted relationships across multiple client levels, from project managers to senior executivesMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client roadmaps to proactively adapt strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and finance teams to formulate and position compelling offeringsPrepare and deliver high-impact client presentations, proposals, and business casesConduct regular business reviews and feedback sessions with customers to assess satisfaction, identify risks, and implement improvementsServe as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues in coordination with internal teamsMaintain CRM systems and accurate forecasting of sales pipeline and revenueRepresent ECARX at industry events, client meetings, and strategic reviews? CompetencyBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field5–10+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development in the automotive or high-tech industryStrong knowledge of automotive industry dynamics, ideally including OEM decision processes and product lifecyclesFamiliarity with digital cockpit, ADAS, infotainment, connectivity, or vehicle computing productsEngineering or technical background with the ability to understand product features and translate them into business valueDemonstrated ability to manage complex commercial relationships and multi-stakeholder negotiationsProven track record in handling RFQs, contract negotiations, and revenue growthStrong analytical skills, including competitive benchmarking and market analysisExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales reportingDisclaimer: ECARX does not accept unsolicited candidate profiles or resumes from staffing agencies, search firms, or recruitment agencies that do not have a valid and current written agreement with our Human Resources department.
