This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical abilities, teamwork skills, and multitasking capabilities to support recruitment processes in a fast-growing company. ?Key responsibilities:- Supporting the sourcing process including posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, using social networks, filtering CVs, and contacting candidates. ?- Understanding the requirements of each vacancy to carry out the headhunting process according to specific needs. ?Requirements:- Professional Experience: At least 1 year of work experience. ?- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT market. ?- Communication: Excellent communication skills. ?- Self-Management: Great capacity for independent work and self-direction. ?- Education: Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. ?- Language Skills: Advanced English level. ?Benefits:
