Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - BrazilJoin to apply for the Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - Brazil role at Omni Business Solutions Inc.Province / City: AllWork Location: Fully remote, global, regional and satellite offices available at your discretionCommission: YesEmployment Type: Full-TimeTravel Requirements: Travel may be required based on business demand or client request.Company Profile:We develop, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day.Omni Business Solutions Inc. is a global digital transformation, solutions, and services company.We are award-winning IT Consultants, VAR, MSP/MSSP, ISV, Systems Integrator, Master Telecom Agent and Solution Provider.We have a proven agile business model that consistently delivers customer centric outcomes.We enable diverse and innovative IT fulfillment to medium and enterprise organizations throughout North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC.We also serve various municipalities, provinces, state, federal and international entities, including all branches of military services.Position ProfileYou will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects.In this role, you will cultivate new business to help generate new opportunities which include defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, formulating potential solutions based on client requirements.The candidate will have experience with Directors and C-level contacts and must have the ability to develop, grow, and execute the sales cycle in medium, and enterprise organizations.You must implement a sales approach that is adaptable to client prerequisites and support business opportunities at hand.You must have the ability to work independently to drive and overachieve all sales goals and objectives.A business plan is expected and should be frequently updated to track growth, performance and overall territory strategy.The candidate will serve as a liaison between Omni Business Solutions, our partners and customers.A full understanding of Digital Transformation, Modernization Enterprise Solutions and Services is required.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProspecting for new business and upgrading existing clientsBuild a robust pipeline of qualified opportunitiesComplete customer requirements analysisIdentify pain points for all prospects and accountsCommunicate with technology partnersObtain and exceed assigned quotaPrepare and update business planProficient understanding and utilization of sales reportingManage your territoryFollow described fulfillment processes; submit accurate sales and service ordersProvide product/service demonstrations and presentations online/on premiseOversee proper implementation and hand-off of client from sales to servicesEnsure appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledgeEffectively respond to opportunities and RFPs/InfosAttend and successfully complete training requirementsRequired QualificationsValid passportNative and fluent EnglishValid driver's license and reliable transportationMinimum five years of experience in technology solutions sales over at least eight solutions/servicesMinimum five years managing an open territory to drive new salesMinimum five years senior leadership and C-level relationship buildingUnderstanding of sales skills and techniques for complex solution sellingAbility to achieve high sales volumesMinimum four recent sales/technical certifications in business development/pre-salesAbility to perform without direct supervisionProfessional, creative, dynamic presence;
