Languages: Brazilian Portuguese (native or advanced) and English (fluent) are required.
Spanish is a plus.
Role ObjectiveThe role will drive customer success in cybersecurity, strengthening the relationship between adaQuest, Microsoft, and our clients across the region.
Key objectives include:Ensuring successful adoption and optimization of Microsoft Security technologies.Maximizing customer value through professional services and joint strategies with Microsoft.Building strong, long-term relationships that lead to growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Lead ManagementEngage with leads and prospects interested in adaQuest's cybersecurity services.Conduct assessments and propose tailored solutions based on the Microsoft Security portfolio.Re-engage and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive Customer Success practices.Collaboration with MicrosoftPartner closely with Microsoft teams in the U.S., Latin America, and Brazil.Execute joint initiatives and align with Microsoft's global Security strategy.Represent adaQuest as a trusted cybersecurity partner within the Microsoft ecosystem.Cybersecurity FocusDrive adoption of Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Entra, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies.Guide customers in strengthening their security and compliance posture.Translate customer needs into actionable, security-focused outcomes.RequirementsProven experience building and managing strategic customer and partner relationships in the Microsoft Partner Program ecosystem and/or being and MSP.Customer Success Management or Cybersecurity Consulting, ideally in professional services.Strong expertise with Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Defender, Entra, Purview, Intune, Sentinel, etc.).
Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship management skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).
