OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Our team is a passionate group from diverse backgrounds, united by the conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy.Our core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Ledn aims to build, innovate and revolutionize financial services.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code.You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You should be adaptable to the evolving corporate infrastructure landscape and work well in a fast-moving, execution-oriented team.You will report to the Director of IT and collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.What You'll Do / ResponsibilitiesBe the customer-facing first line of support for employees via channels like Slack and Jira; manage end-user experience and support, primarily on macOS (we are mac-centric).Procure and deliver technology equipment; oversee onboarding for new employees and device retrieval for departures.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Improve IDP and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage incidents and issues to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and track work in Jira using agile methods.Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows in Okta; API experience and system-to-system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; able to handle hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Proficiency in documenting solutions and writing clear help articles; security-conscious mindset (PGP familiarity).Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting across OSI layers; ability to self-manage and scope projects across multiple teams.Nice to Have / Culture FitSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces for efficient work.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment; ability to navigate ambiguity with empathy and clarity.Remote-work experience and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.What We ProvideComprehensive total rewards package from day one; competitive PTO and ownership in the company via equity.Remote-friendly policy allowing work from anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven role with opportunities for growth and impact in the digital asset space.Inclusive, diverse workplace; Ledn is an equal opportunity employer.Additional InformationRequests for accommodation during the recruitment process can be emailed to the Ledn team; requests will be kept confidential.Our team is global, remote-first, and applications may be shortlisted for a brief video response; we may review publicly available social media relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetailReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ledn.Get notified about new Information Technology Manager jobs in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Pernambuco, Brazil.#J-*****-Ljbffr
