MissãoDevelop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth targets in the Brazilian market.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government agencies.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Lead the negotiation and closing of major business deals and contracts.
Collaborate with the executive team to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.
Prepare and present business development reports and forecasts to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the solar energy industry.
Experience in energy products sales (Wind, Solar, Hydro)
Proven track record of achieving business growth and meeting revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the solar energy market, particularly in Brazil.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus.
