Position Overview:

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

  • Oversee the implementation of the Operating Unit Winning @ the POS.
  • Lead the deployment of Commercial Capabilities.
  • Lead the implementation of a winning PICOS for all the relevant channels aligned with the OU.
  • Lead Prospection, CCRM and Market Assets frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the implementation of VTM initiatives.
  • Help secure resources necessary to locally address, generate and implement value-creating solutions that meet customer and bottlers' needs and drive beverage category's incidence, profit and volume.
  • Reinforce the cultural transformation to enable the network organization to succeed across the system.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • This role requires proven Commercial Capabilities (Winning @ POS/Execution, VTM) understanding, combined with the ability to translate plans into solid execution to deliver strong results in the marketplace. Highly developed leadership and influencing skills are a must to positively influence Operations and Bottlers.
  • To succeed, the role requires a strong combination of analytical and executional capabilities, strong Consumer- and Customer understanding, as well as a hands-on mentality.
  • The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with Senior Leaders and Operators in the Zone as well as our Bottling Partners.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, not least leading and smoothly running execution alignment and collaboration to ensure that OU strategies are fully owned by GMs.

Related Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations with strong skills in Channel Strategy and execution across channels (Traditional and Modern Trade).
  • Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to make things happen and inspire.
  • Desirable to have candidates with Bottler experience.
