The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The role involves supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and enjoys helping end users. Responsibilities Participate in the design, implementation and management of a cloud-first corporate infrastructure and networks. Provide exceptional end-user support via tools like Slack and Jira; be the first point of contact for employees. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and offboarding experiences. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM/Jamf). Manage identity and access (IDP/SSO) integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.); write solutions and automation to reduce busywork. Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate workflows; manage incidents and prioritise tickets. Work on projects over sprints; document progress in Jira and align with team and company goals. What You Bring 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite). Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; API integration between systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; capable of shipping/receiving hardware and handling customs. Excellent communication skills; ability to write clearly in tickets, emails and Slack. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI troubleshooting; able to self-manage and scope projects across teams. Nice to Have Familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces to streamline tasks. Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications; exposure to remote IT leadership in high-growth environments.
