OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.LEDN is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.The company offers a suite of lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Ledn values integrity, progress, and empathy, and supports a remote-first, globally distributed team.The opportunity is to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The role involves wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right candidate is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, with prior success in security-first, high-growth environments.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesBe customer-facing and serve as the first line of IT support (via Slack, Jira, etc.).Manage technology equipment procurement, onboarding for new employees, and offboarding processes.Design, test, build, and document IT programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Own improvements to IDP and SSO (Google Workspace, Okta) and assist in integrating systems via APIs.Document solutions, write help articles, and automate routine tasks.Respond to and resolve critical incidents; balance help desk tickets with project work in agile sprints (Jira).Set objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with team and company goals; work with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholders across the organization.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash/zsh/python and to use open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO (Okta) and working with APIs to connect systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong documentation skills and ability to craft tickets, emails, and Slack messages effectively.Security-minded with understanding of PGP, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching), and OSI model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and prioritize work across multiple teams.Strong organizational and task-management abilities; comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Nice to have: some experience with AWS; familiarity with GAM and command-line tools; certifications in Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace.Benefits & CultureCompetitive total rewards package starting on day one, including ownership through equity.Remote-friendly policy allowing up to 180 days of remote work per year (subject to restrictions).Purpose-driven work in a company that values inclusivity and diversity.Equal opportunity employer; accommodations available on request during all stages of recruitment.Additional informationWe are a remote-first team with a global presence across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Africa.Due to high application volume, qualifying candidates will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response.No agencies or recruiters, and no unsolicited resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
