The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. Responsibilities Be the customer-facing, first line of support; own support and provide an outstanding experience to employees via tools like Slack and Jira. Provide Mac-focused enterprise troubleshooting; manage provisioning and maintenance of macOS in the enterprise. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for new employees and the offboarding/client decommissioning process. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge base. Manage SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc. Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own and improve IDP and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate repetitive tasks. Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents to completion; balance help desk tickets with project work. Participate in projects over sprints; document work in Jira and apply agile methods. Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring To Ledn (Qualifications) 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc. Experience with open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex ideas clearly and with empathy. Strong security mindset and basic understanding of PGP. Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting across OSI layers; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching. Self-management with strong organizational and priority-setting skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity. Ability to work autonomously and across multiple teams. Nice To Haves Some familiarity with AWS (not required to be certified). Experience with GAM and command-line tools for efficient operations. Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
