**Job Description**:
**Mandatory requirements**:
- High level of expertise and knowledge in Product Marketing and Outcome base Selling Skills (Strategic Planning & Lifecycle Management) and Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Solution Centric Selling Skills
- Domain expertise in Annual Recurring Revenue / Subscription based Service business models.
- Domain Expertise in Industrial Automation Services and Solutions and Lifecycle Management
- Understanding of all RA products.
- Extensive knowledge in Brazil region market and automation industry General management, leadership skills and performance driven
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience of working in complex environments; and managing conflicting demands and expectations.
- Capable in leading and facilitating win strategy processes
- Minimum of 5 years or more of Automation, Engineering Services or Manufacturing industry experience required
- English Skills (writing, reading, speaking) needed
- Spanish Skills (writing, reading, speaking) as differential
