Mansioni
  • Primo punto di contatto per utenti interni / esterni via telefono & email (chat futura possibile).
  • Risoluzione problemi applicazioni, browser e hardware in remoto (screen sharing).
  • Reset ID, problemi email, problemi con browser; uso di KB / SOP e registrazione ticket.
  • Escalation secondo processo e assegnazione priorità.
  • Raggiungimento SLA di risoluzione, qualità e produttività.
Requisiti obbligatori
  • Italiano: C1–C2 (parlato e scritto).
  • Inglese: C1–C2 (parlato e scritto).
  • 1–2 anni in supporto clienti / tecnico (helpdesk / contact center).
  • Possibilità di fatturare come PJ in Brasile.
  • Postazione domestica stabile (consigliati ≥20 Mbps), headset con cavo e PC dedicato.
  • Disponibilità a turni; rispettare 36 ore / settimana; inizio 20 / 10 / 2025.
