Our dynamic team of marketers is looking for a SEO Content Specialist to join us in cultivating our brand messaging and customer engagement on a global scale for a portfolio of leading security brands.Job Description We are looking for an experienced SEO Content Specialist who is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese to join our Growth Marketing team. This person will optimize and enhance our online presence in the LATAM region, especially in the Mexican and Brazilian markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of localized SEO best practices, excellent content creation skills, and a deep knowledge of the LATAM market dynamics.Core Responsibilities: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website for the LATAM market in both Spanish and Portuguese markets.Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to optimize existing content and create new content for LATAM.Strategize, write, edit and optimize high-quality content in both Spanish and Portuguese that aligns with SEO best practices.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics to identify trends, and create actionable insights.Stay up-to-date with the latest localized SEO trends, algorithm changes and industry developments in the LATAM market.Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.Work with web developers to ensure international SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.Work with the localization team to help drive LATAM localization strategy of existing website content.Assist in the creation and optimization of localized landing pages and other digital assets.Basic Requirements Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese2+ years of strategizing, writing and editing SEO content2+ years of proven experience developing, executing and reporting on SEO initiatives in Spanish and PortugueseExperience with the LATAM market and an understanding of cultural nuances and regional differences2+ years working with SEO on-site analysis tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush and Surfer SEO2+ years working with heatmap tools such as Hotjar or Mouseflow2+ years working with using website analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with strategies to improve domain authorityLead experimentation of new strategies with the evolving search landscapeWell-versed in SEO strategies, tactics and best practicesFamiliarity with content management systems such as WordPressWorking knowledge of CRM software such as HubSpotDemonstrates interest in learning new information, news and trends relating to SEOSelf-starter, who is organized and doesn’t need to be closely managed, and can freely collaborate with team membersExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skills#LI-WC1#LI-HYBRIDTravel Requirements NoneRelocation Provided NonePosition Type New GradReferral Payment Plan YesEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
