We are in a growth phase and are seeking an experienced Director, Sales, Brazil who thrives in a fast-paced global team environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven success expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and managing existing accounts with deep knowledge of communication technology – if this sounds like you, we’d like to meet you

YOUR MISSION

  1. You will lead our sales efforts in some accounts of Brazil to drive revenue growth and account penetration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage and grow existing accounts in the assigned territory.
  2. Hunt for new business relationships and major accounts, with a strong focus on Telco and Cable (Communication Service Providers).
  3. Develop, forecast, manage, and close sales of the Incognito’s solutions including products and services.
  4. Ensure growth in sales revenues through planning, execution, and collaboration within the Incognito’s functional teams: Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support.
  5. Meet Sales quota through effective planning, relationship building, pipeline generation, and follow-up through on sales processes.
  6. Manage the sales administration function including required reporting and forecasting.
  7. Drive sales and abide by Incognito’s sales policies, practices, and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. 10 years of experience in a high growth, communication service providers environment with a focus on OSS/BSS.
  2. BA/BS in business, marketing, computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Contacts in the industry and territory (service providers, partners).
  4. Demonstrated ability to influence customers, internal stakeholders, and teams through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  5. Possess superior written and oral communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate to achieve vision.
  6. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

  1. Preferably Sao Paulo, alternatively Rio.
