Foster lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their expectations are met Offer timely and comprehensive solutions to clients' inquiries and concerns The successful candidate will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Provide exceptional customer service and support • Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction Requirements include 1+ years of experience in customer success management, fluency in the language, advanced communication skills, and ability to handle difficult client conversations.
