Process Management and Tracking: Utilize a Standard Operating Procedure framework to ensure smooth operations and adjust strategies promptly based on business progress. Outcome Achievement and Review: Ensure work objectives are achieved successfully and conduct reviews of work processes to explore more efficient methods. Requirements: Management Experience: Proven experience in managing sales teams with outstanding performance in a high-growth company over the past years. Team Leadership Methods: Ability to articulate methods for leading teams to success with proven experience in overseas markets. Experience Sharing: Actively share work experiences and provide actionable improvement suggestions to help the team enhance their capabilities. Strategic Thinking: Possess a holistic mindset with the ability to plan business and team development pathways and identify root causes of challenges.
