Pursue business development opportunities to enhance customer experience and ensure sustained sales performance. Develop and execute a strategic country-level sales plan aligned with regional growth objectives. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the power generation and industrial sectors. Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Manage proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations. Serve as primary contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Maintain long-term partnerships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution. Represent the organization at client meetings, site visits, and industry trade events. Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions. 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial services or technical environments is required. Knowledge of Power Plants and CRM systems is preferred.
