Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar como ponto de contato principal para os clientes, garantindo uma experiência positiva e alinhada com seus objetivos.
  • Monitorar e acompanhar o uso dos serviços e benefícios oferecidos pelo Clube Certo, garantindo que os clientes obtenham o máximo valor.
  • Desenvolver e implementar planos de sucesso personalizados para cada cliente, buscando sempre a renovação e expansão dos serviços.
  • Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell, aumentando o valor gerado para os clientes e para a empresa.
  • Coletar feedbacks dos clientes e trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes internas para melhorar continuamente os produtos e serviços.
  • Analisar métricas de sucesso e propor ações corretivas ou melhorias para garantir a satisfação dos clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada em Customer Success, Atendimento ao Cliente ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação e relacionamento, com foco na satisfação e retenção de clientes.
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretar métricas de sucesso e tomar decisões baseadas em dados.
  • Proatividade, empatia e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de CRM será um diferencial.
