Key account com experiência em Loyalty e incentivos para atuar alocado presencialmente de 2x por semana em cliente que fica localizado na região de Sorocaba/SP e 1x por semana presencialmente em nosso escritório em SP.


  • Necessário mínimo 3 anos de experiência no mercado de fidelidade e incentivos;
  • Habilidade com Excel intermediário ou avançado;
  • Habilidade com Power Point e Figma;
  • Conhecimento de marketing e comunicação para campanhas de fidelidade e incentivo;
  • Experiência de no mínimo 2 anos em empresa que atua com plataformas;
  • Desejável que tenha participado de implementação de programas de fidelidade com plataformas.

Atividades
Terá papel de destaque na implementação de programa de fidelidade B2B focada em pequenos e médios estabelecimentos comercias no interior de SP

  • Fazer/cumpri as diretrizes e plano de ação já aprovados;
  • Apontar constantemente melhorias e evolução;
  • Participar da construção do MVP;
  • Elaboração de cronograma e status repport semanal;
  • Avaliação de indicadores e extração de plano de ação para todas as áreas envolvidas de forma continua;
  • Conduzir checkpoints recorrentes com diversas áreas envolvidas;
  • Promover inteiração e ter papel de facilitador entre áreas (time de produto, time de desenvolvedores designer de produto, área Comercial, financeiro, atendimento e outros);
  • Participar de testes do lançamento do novo programa e propor ajustes constantes;
  • Elaboração de briefing para campanhas de vendas com aplicação de mecânicas e estratégias do mercado de fidelidade e incentivos;
  • Participação no projeto de construção do APP ( ambiente de vendas e do programa de fidelidade);
  • Participar da criação de campanhas de incentivo para equipe de vendas.
