Nosso time possui aproximadamente 130 talentos em mais de 7 países e estamos buscando uma pessoa com vontade de aprender e crescer junto com a genteO que é esperado desse cargo Realizar o atendimento aos clientes nacionais e internacionais (utilizando o espanhol), via chat e/ou e-mail;
Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes, resolvendo eventuais problemas sobre linguagem natural, integração com canais de atendimento, personalização da plataforma, entre outros;
Elaborar materiais de educação para a equipe e os clientes;
Auxiliar nas demais atividades de área.
Português e Espanhol fluentes; No mínimo 6 meses de experiência profissional com Suporte Técnico;
Experiência com relacionamento com o cliente;
Disponibilidade para atuar 40h semanais;
Superior completo ou cursando em qualquer área.
