Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:
Daily assist actual merchants with operational and back-office tasks throughout the existing communications channels.
Assisting account managers in resolving client issues or escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Assisting account managers in maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
Supporting account managers and sales in managing client contracts and agreements.

Assisting in the training and onboarding of new merchants, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed in the operation.

Develop and implement efficient sales and account management processes.
Manage sales decks and presentations in collaboration with other areas.
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall merchant experience.
Provide administrative support to the account management & sales team.
Analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Core Competencies and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AM or sales operations, preferably in the payments or fintech sector.
Strong understanding of AM & sales processes and CRM systems.
Very responsiveness toward the client requests.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
