Coordinar y ejecutar la gestión de ventas (en su totalidad) del negocio a cargo y en la geografía definida, logrando capturar el mayor valor disponible en las cuentas a su cargo e identificando y desarrollando negocios potenciales que sean consecuentes con la estrategia establecida, tanto en cuentas actuales como en nuevas cuentas.


FUNCIONES


Definir e implementar el plan anual de ventas para la cartera de clientes a cargo, a fin de generar las acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas y margen.


Ser el referente para la cartera de clientes a cargo y asegurar un dominio multinevel de contactos, logrando tener la intimidad con el cliente necesaria, para poder entender sus necesidades.

En caso de negociaciones complejas, ser el generador de información que permita lograr capturar el mayor margen para la compañía, en estrecha relación con el gerente comercialMantener un contacto fluido con las distintas áreas (Producto, Finanzas, Logistica, Calidad, R&D, Marketing, CSR), siempre promoviendo propuestas de mejora y con una comunicación cordial, asegurando un alto nivel de servicio al cliente.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs claves de negocio, a fin de identificar desvíos y generar planes de acción.

Manteniendo actualizada las bases de datos de CRM.En el caso de tener a su cargo cuentas de desarrollo global o regional, gestionar de forma integral las mismas, contactando a las áreas funcionales y unidades de negocio a nivel global, para asegurar posicionarnos como el mejor socio de la industrial.

Detectar y ganar oportunidades comerciales en las cuentas a cargo, conformando un "pipeline" de innovación en línea con las expectativas de crecimiento del negocio a su cargo.

Confeccionar el rolling forecast, de manera de poder establecer un mecanismo de trabajo que nos asegure dar el imput inicial para lograr tener confiabilidad y agilidad en el suministro.

Promocionar el portafolio de Vantage, sus principales y otros proveedores estratégicos, de manera de asegurar ofrecer un surtido de soluciones completo y competitivo.

Reportar la gestión, resultados y analisis a la gerencia comercial, para en conjunto identificar oportunidades a desarrollar o GAPs a minimizar.

Implantar el plan de seguridad consensuado con la gerencia comercial y con el líder de seguridad, siempre atentos a detectar posibles actos inseguros.


REQUISITOS

Formación Académica Básica:
Grado profesional en Ingeniería Química, Química, QFB, ingeniería bioquímica o similares.

Años de Experiencia General: 5 años en ventas.

Años de Experiencia en el Cargo: 3 años en manejo de cuentas claves.
