Veja como você irá impactar o nosso universo:

Como parte do time Comercial da Rappi Turbo, você será responsável por um conjunto específico de categorias em âmbito nacional, considerando: análise de desempenho das categorias (vendas, distribuição/positivação, perdas, entre outros), sugestão de inclusão de novos produtos, gestão de perdas, ciclo de vida do produto, estratégia GTM (Go to Market) da categoria e outras atividades correlatas.


Você também será responsável pelo relacionamento com fornecedores, realizando reuniões recorrentes para acompanhamento de performance, revisão de portfólio e condições comerciais.

Como RappiLover, suas responsabilidades serão:


  • Desenvolvimento de Categoria: trazer novos itens e fornecedores para a operação, alinhados à nossa proposta de valor, realizando prospecção e análise de fornecedores, assumindo responsabilidade pelos resultados e propondo planos de ação para ativação desses itens.
  • Relacionamento Comercial: participação ativa no desenvolvimento da relação comercial com fornecedores nacionalmente, incluindo negociações e visitas técnicas, oferecendo suporte em aspectos comerciais como preços, campanhas, promoções e lançamentos de novos produtos.
  • Curadoria de Produtos: garantir o cadastro de novos produtos e a atualização dos existentes, assegurando a curadoria do catálogo final no app (nomes, fotos, descrições, códigos, etc.).
  • KPIs & Planos de Ação: responsabilidade por monitorar os principais KPIs de vendas das categorias, diagnosticar problemas e propor soluções junto a outras áreas do Turbo, como Operações e Supply.
  • Atuar para garantir nosso indicador de distribuição de SKUs nas lojas.
  • Diagnosticar pontos de ruptura e propor planos junto ao time de compras e cadeia de suprimentos.
  • Analisar vendas, margem, perdas e rupturas, propondo melhorias para impulsionar os resultados das categorias, além de realizar revisões de sortimento.
