Position Summary:


We are looking for a passionate and engaging technologist to be a critical part of our IT Support organization. This individual will be onsite at our São Paulo Headquarters location and provide technical support for its technology devices and for its networks and security devices. You’ll be required to assist the team in developing, deploying and maintaining network and end user equipment, as well as providing orientation and answering inquiries about companywide technologies and procedures and provide ongoing support to all staff in the office environment.


Core Responsibilities:


· Day to day support of IT hardware (workstations, laptops, printers, mobile scanners, mobile phones, phones)


· Prepare, maintain, and keep updated IT procedures and documentation related to our processes and platforms operations


· Collaborate with department personnel and design innovative solutions for all IT issues for all the offices and warehouse technologies


· Maintain the hardware lifecycle and inventory management of all IT equipment


· Sustain high-availability service levels and ensure fulfillment of business-wide service levels and operational support objectives.


· Individual contributor in IT infrastructure and security projects in designing and evaluating new technologies


Skills and Qualifications:


· A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise IT and technology field


· Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of engineering, computer science or equivalent advance technology field of study is a plus.


· Strong working and practical knowledge of industry IT standards and regulations.


· Ability to work with extremely technical staff working on very sensitive subject areas and with extremely sensitive information


· High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exudes the appropriate level of judgment and maturity


· Must be a strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to translate the vision and strategy into clear priorities and direction, both internally and externally.


· Good fundamental knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the following


· DNS/DHCP/TCPIP


· Azure Endpoint Technologies (Active Directory and Intune)


· Microsoft 365 Management Portal (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, etc.)


· Windows 10 and 11 Professional Operating systems


· Multi-functional Printers and Thermal printers


· Wireless and LAN


· Experience in supporting the below technologies (SaaS/Cloud based IT operations systems are a plus)


· Asset inventory systems


· ITSM/Ticketing systems


· System imaging systems


· Systems and network monitoring


· Intermediate English level
