Responda ao Líder Regional de Vendas como District Sales Manager, liderando uma equipe de Representantes Comerciais na gestão de vendas de Row Crops da Corteva no Sul e Noroeste de MG, ES e RJ. Com foco em alcançar metas de vendas, desenvolver o mercado e desenhar o planejamento de negócios com os RCs. Experiência em liderança de pessoas, gestão de vendas e conhecimento técnico em Crop Protection é necessária. A capacidade de estabelecer relacionamentos fortes com clientes e fornecer coaching de desenvolvimento à equipe é crucial. A vaga é exclusiva para Engenharia Agronômica devido à complexidade de culturas e sobreposição de épocas de plantio. A área de atuação inclui as localidades do Sul de MG, RJ e ES. Sejam responsáveis por planejar e executar atividades de vendas, gestão de pessoas, gestão da lista de clientes chaves, e acompanhamento da evolução de vendas da carteira de cada RC. Além disso, sejam responsáveis por assegurar a implementação e execução do plano de negócios, conectar departamentos da companhia para resolução de problemas, implementar táticas de campo e geração de demanda, e gerenciar processos internos. A capacidade de estabelecer relacionamentos fortes com RCs e clientes é fundamental. Sejam responsáveis por criar relacionamentos de confiança e assegurar o sell out dos produtos em clientes. O candidato deve ter bacharelado em Agronomia, experiência em liderança de pessoas, gestão de vendas e conhecimento técnico em Crop Protection. Além disso, é necessário ter foco no cliente, flexibilidade e resiliência, excelente habilidade de comunicação e motivado e altamente orientado a resultados. Bons conhecimentos para gestão de dados, elaboração de relatórios e apresentação corporativa à clientes e RCs também são necessários.
