Our mission is to help businesses scale their creative output globally by delivering social media management, influencer marketing, and graphic design services at scale.We’re seeking an Account Executive to lead our sales pipeline, build partnerships, and drive DolFinContent toward becoming a multi-six-figure creative brand.Responsibilities:Lead generation & deal closing: Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities from internal sources and marketplace leads.Sales ownership: Handle leads forwarded by Eliott and convert them into active clients.Marketplace growth: Apply to and manage all major marketplace platforms to expand DolFinContent’s visibility.Partnership development: Build and maintain strategic relationships with agencies, creators, and brands.Revenue management: Drive $100,000+ in total revenue across graphic design, influencer marketing, and social media management.Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and creative teams to optimize client experience and retention.Compensation:Commission: 10% of profit per sale, paid monthly.Growth Path: Opportunity to advance into a Sales Director role with a hybrid base + commission structure as the team scales.Ideal Candidate:3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or creative industries.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Passionate about creative services, influencer marketing, and digital content.Compensation: 10% profit on sales | Performance-based growthGoal: $100,000+ in annual revenue across service lines
